The female at the register was extremely rude to us and paid little to no attention to our orders. She seemed to be working in slow motion because every time we asked a question or added an item to our order, she would just sit and stare at us like wewere stupid or wasting her time. She basically wanted nothing to do with us. We also got our orders late and had missing itemslike drinks or plastic sporks to eat with. What were we supposed to eat with our Famous Bowls? Our hands? She was also beingrude to customers before and after us. Please avoid this location at all costs.
For the first time after a while saw franchises, corporate bussines location so clean at first at food facility, guests friendly, customer oriented. Thank you,guys. I was surprised and gave a compliment to manager on duty. I visited randomlybecause of transportation CSX crew members and waiting time was longer than expected, so, i decided to have a party, lunch timeon my own.???????????? This kind of organizational skills not only because military, AirForce base location i assume butNanotechnology as well. See you soon or when i will be in the town, Liverpool, NY.
This my first one star rate ever. One of the worst locations ever, 45 minutes Waite in line multiple times when I come around 9 pm. The management seems to don?t care about customers experience. Multiple times getting the wrong order with them not evenapologise for that. Staff seems to not take their job seriously with no since of professionalism. To the management team, if youreally want to improve the business, start listing to the customers complaints and address them accordingly.
This is the worst KFC Taco bell that I have ever been to. Taking 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and put it on the counter and had me wait 20 more minutes for my grilled cheese box. Store manager I worthless and did nothing. Mind you, almost the samething happened 2 weeks ago. I chalked it up to being busy but this time they were not. Sandwich was cold, imagine that. ????
