I called to get the name of the high guy who works the drive thru, as well as the short woman next to him. Very pleasant people. You have completely cleaned what once was a miserable drive thru experience. My orders were correct for the last 10-12 visits that would never have been the case 3 years ago) The big guy Jimmy) is an absolute pleasure to treat and you can just say he appreciate his job. Maria is very polite and treats me with respect every time. Give the two an increase, a promotion and day free with payment!!!! You have solved any problem that once existed and turned my past disappointment into a 5-star Google review.
Never really have a problem, only once were they from drinks, you would believe it!!! They never put silverware and napkins in the pocket as they are made in the back!!! Make sure and ask for them!!!
It's not as bad as everyone seems. Ordering KFC and Taco Bell eats on Uber and the store has two different drivers bring it even if it is the same business. That's silly.
