My husband is a huge fan of the chicken at KFC, particularly the Original Recipe, which is consistently well-prepared at the Bridgewater location. They also provide grilled chicken and extra crispy options, though the side dishes are somewhat lackluster, and the dessert choices are limited. Although the prices aren’t as budget-friendly as they once were, you can still find a family-sized meal that won’t break the bank. Additionally, the food is served hot and ready in just a few minutes.
I had to give the new chicken sandwich a try, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. The sandwich boasted a juicy, crispy, and hot chicken breast served on a delightfully soft and warm roll. The flavors were incredibly fresh; my only minor critiques are that it was a touch salty and the pickles were a little limp and perhaps a bit too thick. If you're a fan of KFC chicken, you'll absolutely love this! The coleslaw was fantastic as well—refreshingly cold and fresh!
This KFC in Bridgewater on Route 22 could use a more experienced team, especially at the drive-thru. The order taker I interacted with today at 3 PM was quite disappointing. He didn't have strong people skills, and his customer service was lacking. It seems that some retraining in customer service would be beneficial for the staff at this fast-food restaurant.
The service is fast, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, there should be more focus on quality control. There have been times when I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered; for instance, I often end up with more small drumstick wings than thighs. Also, the crispy coating can be overly floury. This fast food restaurant truly delivers. My orders have always been spot on, and the staff is both friendly and helpful, particularly one individual who I believe is the night manager. The only drawback is the poorly designed parking lot; during busy times, the drive-thru line extends onto the highway, leading to some frustrating delays.
I really enjoyed the special Mountain Dew soda. The chicken was just as delicious as I remembered. The service was friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. However, I found the prices to be rather steep, and there were no promotions or special offers available, which was a bit disappointing.
I was craving honey BBQ wings, which had been off the menu for a while but have recently returned. They offer family meal deals, now including a half-gallon soft-sided jug of your choice of beverage.
