Super Super Disappointing! Had a KFC craving so I drove my wife and I from Westport to Aberdeen, a 50 mile roundtrip, only to find out they were out of white meat! I was going to order the 12 piece assorted family meal for $45.99, but couldn't. They said we'll substitute the breasts for all dark meat, my wife only likes breasts. I asked does it cost the same? They said yup, so I said nope!!! Really!? Went and got teriyaki instead, our grandson was expecting KFC too, but they ended up disappointing him too! The only way I'll do KFC again is if it's free, and pay me gas money!!
Haven’t been to KFC in awhile. Took the family for lunch today. The whole place was super clean. Soda fountain was well stocked. Employees were super nice and professional! The food was prompt, hot, and REALLY REALLY good! My son (whom hates KFC) asked if we could come back more often. We WILL be back!
Drove through KFC to bring to my friend quite surprised at the price jump but you know with inflation everything's going up I suppose standard menu standard KFC food that they serve at every restaurant that's KFC
It just doesn't taste the same as it used to seems like the quality of foods gone down over the years I was hoping it would have changed to a better positive taste staff was great store looked okay

The flavor here is consistently excellent. Although they had run out of chicken breasts by the time we arrived just after closing, the chicken that was available was fantastic.
Went through drive thru at 6pm after waiting 10 minutes wanted 2 buckets of chicken but was told it would be 25 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. Went to Arby's.
Quick n efficient friendly staff I go in to mall across the street to use the traffic lights instead of using the turn lane it is usually quicker and always safer.
Great customer service! Every time I stop there the employees are always very courteous and smiling. The food is ready quickly, always hot and delicious.

Avoid the new nuggets. They are a complete bait and switch. They don't resemble the pictures at all, and they're really tiny.
They forgot to provide us with forks and spoons to eat our coleslaw. However, the chicken was delicious!
