It was a Friday night and pour like a mansoon, I ordered online for a 5:45 h pickup. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order because I had a year old and 4 years old in the car and did not want it out of the car in bad weather. I was told to move to the front of the shop I did. Maybe 5 minutes later, a gentleman came out that they had to do Mac and cheese and it took about 13 minutes. I agreed to wait because my kids really wanted Mac and cheese. I just wanted a short late lunch. I ordered a single breast of the original recipe, a cookie and soda. The ride was very polite. They convinced me that a meal would be cheaper, so I did it well. What? The chicken wounded as a wing piece that apparently died from age, but was first left dry. The gray instantmaic potatoes were also unusable with gravity. PS: The cookie was good and warm. You forgot the butter I asked, but fortunately they had some in our refrigerator in the office.
Went here a few days ago. Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to orderanything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.
I visit this KFC frequently, but my order is always incorrect. I've paid for extra BBQ sauce, yet it’s never included in the bag. The only positive aspect of this place is the customer service.

I waited 20 minutes for a Famous Bowl without gravy, but I never received my food. What’s going on? This place is disappointing.
