I had a disappointing experience at the KFC on Roselle Wise Rd. When I went back to address the issue with my order, the drive-thru employee—who seemed to be the manager—had a bad attitude and didn't take the time to explain the situation. Before I could ask any follow-up questions, they closed the window on me. I remained polite throughout the interaction, but given the poor customer service I received, I will not be returning to this KFC again!
March 18, 2022: I had a wonderful experience ordering food through the drive-thru while wearing my black Nike sweater. The sweater was not only stylish but also super comfortable. Everything about my order was perfect! Thank you!
