The service was excellent and it's a great option if you're looking to have a meal tonight. The gentleman who took our orders and handled the cashier was very pleasant, making the experience feel more personal despite the busy night. He went above and beyond compared to the usual fast food experience.
The chicken was extremely tough and dry, almost as if it were very old or leftover. My kids had trouble even chewing it and ended up just eating the fries. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing.
We don 't do a lot of fast food but this KFC is really good. Been here a LONG time with many different people but the food is always good, always consistent. One of the few we look forward to stopping at for a quick meal.

Warning! The pickled jalapeños are spicier than I expected. Still tasty, I enjoyed every bite, and they definitely don’t hold back on the peppers... not one bit! Haha!
