As usuall the worse service again... This time the name was Margarita. You guys are doing renovation but you guys needs focus on your customer service rather then renovation.. New look not going to bring your customer back if the service is same.. 02 Sep, 2014 As a regular customer it 's very bad feelings when I have to remember that some of the rude staff I have to face if I I have to go to KFC dog swamp. Worst KFC in WA. This place is god-awful. Been here 6-7 times back in 2014 and every time there's a new issue. They've always run out of one type of chicken or another. On several of these occasions I've requested some sort of compromise (replace the missing food with something else) but I am always declined. This is is customer service 101 you morons... Wait times are longer than a sit-down restaurant 100% of the time. Staff are rude, and don't give a s**t. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.
I went for drive through today just after 5pm, the girl with blue eyeliners didn’t understand hot spicy chicken wing and asked me go window to order, then shut the window on me right after tabbed on pay pass, there is no thank you or offering receipt, absolutely rude! No manners!Where is the customer service! Chicken wings got so many feather, speechless. Definitely not going back anymore. Horrible!
My stepfather and I recently visited this KFC, and when we went through the drive-thru, we were told they were out of shaker salad cups. It was disappointing that they ran out of such a simple item, and we were not satisfied with the staff's handling of our order. Book a table now
Ordered 3pc box for takeaway but came out with a super dry tender burger with soggy chips. Could not be bothered driving back wasting of petrol. I was very disappointed never gonna be there again.
I had an amazing experience at KFC. The zinger box I ordered was fantastic and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be going back again!

Just drive thru slow but food quality is okay. I think KFC need new system to speed up sales. People working hard in the restaurant.
