We waited for our food, the customer service was virtually non existent—as a lifelong restaurant manager the lack of greeting, thanking, and wishing a good day were surprising.. Very disappointed. I was not given a receipt either at the order kiosk or when I received my order. The food was not very fresh for how long we waited, I was unimpressed and not entirely fulfilled.
Walked in 25 min b4 opening and Larry opened the door and said they were closed but still let me in because it was cold outside. This KFC is by far the Cleanest KFC I’ve ever been too. Staff are really cool but Larry is an Amazing person, this guy has passion for his job and it shows. Thank you Larry for being an amazing human being.
Best service ever! Congratulations! (sorry i do not have his name) He was at the register on 12/7/23 1pm. The employee was doing several positions when it was down time. He was also welcoming the customers so nicely. Good job! Thank you!
This KFC is exceptional! We recently had KFC in Titusville, and it was terrible. However, when we came to this location, it was like night and day. The chicken is tender and juicy, just as Colonel Sanders intended it to be. Book a table now
There were no forks or any utensils available to eat our side dishes. What were we supposed to do? When we asked, they just shrugged. On a positive note, the food was good.
The customer service was nice. The food not so much. Chicken was either under cooked or going bad it had a wicked raw smell once I pulled it apart. Fries were good though.
The food and service were fantastic. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant could use some improvement, particularly around the drink machine area.
Order of delivery! No problem with the one who delivered our food. The problem was, I ordered a 4 piece of all dark meat, it came as all white meat... Book a table now
