I picked up food around 9 Sunday night, ordered through the app, but they didn’t have the meal we wanted, so we ended up with a mix of chicken to fill the bucket. I could accept that, but the chicken was ice cold and tasted like it had been cooked the day before at lunch. It seemed like they were too lazy to make fresh chicken and just threw leftovers into the bucket. I called several times on Sunday night, Monday, and Tuesday, but got no answer. I had a disappointing experience at the KFC in Newton. The staff was unprofessional, often distracted by their phones instead of focusing on their work. When it was finally my turn to order, they appeared annoyed that I was waiting for them to finish their FaceTime call. I had to inquire about the total cost of my meal, and instead of responding courteously, they reacted negatively when I handed over my money and took my receipt. We were stuck in line for about six or seven minutes, and they seemed frustrated by the delay. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
My daughter and I stopped by the KFC in Newton, MS, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The young woman at the drive-thru window appeared to be under the influence, and the guy who delivered our order handed us the wrong one and seemed high as well. Although the third employee who came out was not under the influence, he looked quite upset when my daughter pointed out that some of our food was missing. I'm still trying to find a way to reach out to them, but I do intend to.
The drive-thru service is quite slow. This particular KFC/Taco Bell combination often serves food that is either overcooked or undercooked, likely due to dirty oil. The staff appears indifferent to the quality of service, giving off a rude and inconsiderate vibe. Unfortunately, you can expect to receive the wrong order about 90% of the time, even after you've paid for it.

I was asked at the drive-thru if I wanted dark or white meat. When I opted for dark meat, the staff member informed me that it was unavailable and asked if I would like white meat instead. Furthermore, the fried chicken was quite greasy. This is why I cannot recommend this restaurant. This happened around 2:30 PM on November 17, 2018.
Absolutely fantastic KFC! The staff were incredibly friendly. I ordered the extra crispy chicken, and it was just the way I love it. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so we chose to dine in. One of the employees who was wrapping up their shift even took the time to ask us how our meal was.
I can't believe that a KFC that wasn't even busy ran out of chicken at 4:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon. I was told to come back in 30 minutes and that I'd have to wait to see if they would have any available then.
The staff at the counter were very polite. Although there was a small mix-up with our order, they corrected it promptly and with a smile.
