She skillfully diffuses problems with her calm and reassuring professionalism, which is a rarity these days and deserves recognition from major franchises like KFC. I visited KFC in Jackson last week, and they told me they were out of chicken and short-staffed. I went back today, and they didn’t have any pot pies and were still down four employees, so it's likely they wouldn’t have any. When I asked for nuggets, the staff said it would take 20 minutes, and I decided to pass. Overall, my experience at KFC Jackson has been terrible, and I won't be returning.
The delivery of this order was incredibly quick, and it included everything I asked for! I also want to mention how neatly it was packed, as sometimes orders can appear to be just thrown together in the bag. Everything tasted fantastic; KFC never disappoints!

Everything was amazing! The food and the Sprite really made me feel much better. However, I did have a frustrating experience with my delivery because the dasher had the wrong GPS address. I hope this issue can be resolved for future orders.
My chicken strips were way over cooked and we did not get the dipping sauce that is on the receipt
