I scored an incredible dinner deal: 10 pieces of chicken legs and thighs, two sides, and four biscuits for only $15! However, when I got home, I found that I had received coleslaw instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy I had ordered. I called the restaurant, and they asked me to return, assuring me they would make it right, which they did. They provided me with extra mashed potatoes and biscuits. When I showed the manager the coleslaw, I pointed out that even though I didn’t dislike it, I would still have returned it since it was barely half-filled. I ordered online 20 minutes before arriving to pick up my food, but it wasn’t ready when I got there. I ended up waiting for half an hour. During that time, a homeless man came in, plugged his phone into an outlet, went to the bathroom, then made a call and asked me to look something up on Google Maps since I didn’t have my phone with me. It was an uncomfortable situation, and my food still wasn’t ready. If there were another KFC nearby, I’d go there instead, but unfortunately, there isn’t. The management and staff at this location seem completely disorganized—it's best to avoid this one.
I rated this restaurant one star for my review. Recently, my friend Bob and his family ordered a bucket of chicken along with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. The chicken didn't taste quite right, but since it was late and they were hungry, they went ahead and ate it. Unfortunately, two out of the five people ended up getting sick that night, and another woke up the next morning feeling even worse than the first two! This specific location has been declining for months. I suggest looking for a different KFC for better service and food.
I ordered the hot tenders combo today and was really disappointed when I got home (see picture). Instead of proper chicken tenders, I received three tiny, sad pieces that looked more like popcorn chicken. There was no sauce, and the tenders were very dry. I paid over $12 for this. While I might consider returning in better circumstances, this experience wasn’t worth my time. The staff were incredibly lazy and rude, offering terrible customer service. I definitely won’t be coming back.
