Unfortunately, there was a disagreement between a couple of the workers while we were there and they were yelling at each other behind the counter the whole place could hear their argument. Not exactly a friendly atmosphere. There was a young lady whowas sweeping in the dining area (not part of the argument) who seemed embarrassed that her co workers were acting as they were,and she apologized to us. Maybe some let 's work together even if we don 't like each other training is in order! Also, men 'sroom did not have a lock on the door, and the ladies ' room toilet was broken. This restaurant needs some management attention.
I wasn't impressed with my last visit and likely won't return. I've noticed that on our last few orders of chicken breasts, they didn't have enough to fulfill our request. Instead of cooking more, even though they were open for another 2.5 hours, that was all they could provide. Later, while we were dining in, another customer ordered a breast, wing, and potpie, and suddenly they had them available. This is not the first time we've experienced this issue. I'm really frustrated.
We came in at about 730 and wanted to eat in. We were told by who I assume is the manager that we can't dine in because the lobby closes at 8. That's fine. I just wanted to make a point to say that he seems to be very rude to customers just fromstanding there and observing him talk very rudely to the drivethru customers. Also it took him a whole 15 minutes to evenacknowledge us standing there. He looked over several times and said nothing. Not very customer friendly.
I don’t plan on coming back to this KFC. I ordered the Famous Bowl, and it was mostly mashed potatoes and gravy with very little corn or cheese. For $10, I only got five small pieces of chicken, which feels unfair. It seems like they’re skimping on the portions.

I ordered the $20 Fill Up from KFC, but only the three chicken pieces were edible. The nuggets and fries were overcooked and inedible. The girl at the window was nice, but unfortunately, I didn’t check the food before driving off. The KFC menu needs improvement.
So much better than the kfc on Keyser ave in Scranton. The only issue is the quantity of food that you get for sides are small. 15 years ago you could fill up on a meal, not no more.
Very clean Dine-In area the Day Supervisor is Awesome and so Nice and Professional. I don't mind driving an hour when you get service like this ????
Absolute BEST KFC ive ever been in from Ak to NY and down to Fla! Super clean great polite staff and food was better tha even the pictures. Perfect!
