I went there this past Saturday 12/23/2023 around 5:00 pm and ordered through the drive through. The person taking the order at the window, who I think is the manager, has a horrible attitude. This is not good coming from someone who is suppose to be in charge. This was not the first time I dealt with him and he was nasty, for no reason. I will be reaching out to the general manager. And the speed of service is terrible.
In the current world of Covid and other respiratory ailments, employees should not report to work with a cough while serving food. This man was observed coughing while not covering his mouth. Employees also need to be instructed on basic infection prevention. This was witnessed at the Westbury place on Jericho Turnpike.
Ordered a kfc bowl thru the app cause I was promised a free chic sandwich with bowl purchase. Sandwich was not added to bag and bowl tasted like it was a week old. Chicken was like rocks, tough and overcookec Stick with Popeyes Horrible old food
The girl at the drive through had such a bad attitude. I was trying to confirm something and she just rolled her eyes and shut the window. Book a table now
i paid $8 for a bowl smaller than my hand with 4 pieces of popcorn chicken in it and the rest mac n cheese mashed potatoes
they dont understand englishi asked for mashed they gave me french fries the drive through person is dumb
Food was hot and very good. Great customer service and ordering in line was easy.
