I visited this restaurant on April 10th while staying at Bristol Children's Hospital with my 8-year-old daughter, who has been unwell for five weeks. Due to her compromised immune system, I requested that her food be freshly cooked. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to assist us. They used a food thermometer to ensure the safety of the food being served and were more than willing to provide meals from a freshly cooked batch. The manager was especially remarkable and even wished my daughter a speedy recovery. During such a difficult time, it truly made things a little easier for us. Thank you!
This KFC branch is in a great location—easily accessible and close to shops and transport links, which makes it convenient for a quick bite. The food was hot, fresh, and served promptly, with friendly staff at the counter. However, parking is a bit of a challenge. There are very few spaces, and during busy hours, it gets crowded fast. I dropped in here with three friends on a Friday night. It was easy to place our order, quick service, and there was plenty of space to sit. We enjoyed a KFC bucket along with a variety of sides and extras. It was fantastic!
