Today, I visited Nando's in Chichester and was greeted by a friendly young man named Sam. He made us feel right at home and even made our friend from Spain, who struggles with the language barrier, feel welcome. Sam was quick, attentive, and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the seating process. He was polite and helpful, assisting us with ordering when needed. Thanks to Sam, my family and I will definitely be returning to Nando's. It was a wonderful experience and we couldn't have asked for better service.
the personal could not take care of less. Why bother to ask if everything is in order if it is obviously not? the chicken was combed and when he asked how the meal was the crimped that served us, said only sorry and went on. when we left the person at the door, the door laughed when I said how unpleasant the experience was. we really enjoyed nando's last week. this week was a scandal.
I highly recommend this Nando's location. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Joel, the Assistant Manager, consistently goes out of his way to ensure that customers are satisfied and have a great experience. His warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhances the dining experience.
Having never been to Nando’s we decided to treat ourselves and do a click and collect order. Was very simple to use the app to order the first available collection time was 15 mins after the order was placed. Overall was amazing we loved it...and defo will be going back!!

Visited today for ‘eat out to help out’ deal . It was very busy with a bit of a wait to eat .. some customers were being a bit rude and impatient.. I just wanted to say well done to all the brilliant staff who...stayed cheerful and helpful through it all . Well done !
first they got my sonny order wrong, then we had to sit with our finished tellers before us until they served our dessert. the saw had haare in it, was not great! not to mention my son and husband, and the cocks hang from the wall. nando’s. you let me down!
Went when it was fairly quiet so expected good service but everything was fantastic! First time use of the app which is very efficient. Within minutes our order was served. Really tasty and hot food , friendly staff. Would go back again and recommend.
owens customer service was excellent! he looked like he got a because hard time while he tried to do his best what was uncomfortable to see, but I and my partner were very satisfied with his service, a ability for their team.

absolutely dirty was the dust and the fat on the walls was appalling. everything was dirty, could not be cleaned in months if not a year or more
