Staff were extremely rude. I was in the middle of placing my order when the drive through attendant interrupted me and told me the price, trying to get me to hurry up. I had previously done the survey for the free chips and drink and was claiming them, and as I spent more than $19.95 I was supposed to get the large free chips and drink, but she gave me the small, and when I asked her about it she told me i was wrong. I asked at the next window and they fixed it. The drive through worker did not give me my receipt and as she didn’t repeat my order, I wasn’t sure if I was charged correctly. Hayden was exceptionally polite and friendly, going above and beyond to help. However, the young lady named Holly was quite abrupt, rude, and very blunt; there were no pleasantries like "please" or "thank you." The store itself could have been cleaner, and the restroom was unpleasant. If the rest of the staff followed Hayden's example, this could be a fantastic establishment.

I understand it's fast food and that many of the employees are young, but there seems to be a complete lack of standards and work ethic. I suggest looking for a better place. The service was quick and friendly. The food was not overly greasy, unlike what you might find at KFC. Despite being busy, we didn't have to wait long. The staff were genuinely attentive and engaged. If you're a fan of KFC or need to go during the school holidays, this is the place to be.
The staff is friendly, and the food tastes great. You can’t go wrong with KFC! I love it, and the customer service is excellent. They are faster than many other locations. I’ve also noticed that the delivery pickup for delivery partners has been smooth, with no delays in my experience.
