The team looks way too comfortable not doing anything while on the drive thru. 4 team members just chilling in the back and they got my order incorrect. Did a substitution of coleslaw for Mac n cheese and still got coleslaw. Asked for ketchup and hot sauce, literally got like 4 packs each when I ordered a family meal of 12. This place and the workers is such a joke that these youngsters are so lazy this generation.
We asked for the food fresh and we were very nice about it but it was not fresh at all, the food was cold and stale, the workers had a stale attitude like the food, and overall it was terrible, i work at a fast food restaurant and this is definitely not how we handle things. Never coming here again and i recommend you don't either.For over $40 you would expect to see more than the outcome.
We ordered the classic chicken sandwiches, but they were completely inedible. They were so hard and tough that we couldn't eat them at all. Even our dog was the only one who could manage to chew them, and it sounded like he was eating bones! It's truly disappointing that a restaurant would serve something like this.
I ordered a two-piece original meal and was told it would take a while, which was fine. However, when I received my meal, it was extra crispy. It seemed like there was a language barrier, as they didn't appear to understand English. Overall, I'm very disappointed and won't be returning. What a waste of money! Book a table now
The service is painfully slow for anything beyond drinks, floats, and freezes. We live out of town and visit my dad, who lives nearby, but I always forget just how slow they are. Once again, I'm left regretting it.
I got a cookie dough polar swirl for $5 it was not even 3/4 full with only a few of the cookie dough pieces. Both our sodas were filled the same.
BEWARE THEY ONLY ACCEPT EBT CASH. I ordered the whole family food then at the point of check out they informed me it was only EBT cash accepted.
