I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this KFC location. I ordered two chicken pot pies and a Chicken Little, and everything was old and dry. It was such a disappointment. Come on, KFC, you need to do better than this. How does a place like this stay open with service like that? After seeing other negative reviews, it's clear I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience. I will never return to this location and do not recommend it. Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere that values your business.
I went to this restaurant to grab some chicken and was shocked when I witnessed a rat king meeting its demise in the fryer. It appeared that around ten rats were all tangled up by their tails. I wasn’t aware that the venue could host wedding ceremonies, but congratulations to the lovely LGBT tri-couple! Their ceremony was beautiful, just like the chicken! Additionally, the weekly street fights by the dumpster can be quite entertaining; I even ran into my third ex-wife at one of those events!
I was charged $10 for a sandwich biscuit and a single side, even though the combo price is just $8. I didn’t even get a drink with my order. Additionally, I ordered a family-sized mashed potato with gravy, but it arrived without any gravy. It really seems like they’re not putting in any effort.
We took our kids to this restaurant for a meal, but sadly, it was not very clean. The floor was sticky, the restroom needed attention, and the staff's clothing was not tidy. Cleanliness is crucial in the food service industry, and I hope they will work on improving these issues.

The two pieces of chicken were meant to be crispy, but they ended up being soggy. As I began to eat, I even wondered if it was plastic. I also asked for plates, but none were given. I can no longer recommend this restaurant.
The chicken was not great; it lacked crispiness and flavor. I’ve decided not to order from KFC again as the quality seems to have declined. However, the delivery person was very polite.
The food was outstanding—served hot and fresh! Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, it was certainly worth the wait. The staff was friendly and showed great dedication.
I had the classic chicken sandwich, and it was really tasty. However, everything else was typical KFC, including the inconsistent service.
