There 's always a queue for the toilets at this place. They have a single unisex loo for everyone, which for a services is really, really poor. There 's a disabled loo, but when I asked to use it (I have MS which isn 't always a visable disability) the staff was very dismissive and declared that if I didn 't have a disabled key I am not allowed to use it. Tucked away in the Shell Garage, this restaurant offers plenty of parking and is rarely crowded, making it the perfect spot. For dinner, I found their service to be excellent, earning a 5 out of 5. The food was also impressive, scoring a solid 5. However, the atmosphere was a bit lacking, so I gave it a 2. If you're looking to try something, I highly recommend their fried chicken. Overall, it's a great option with ample parking available!
It was alright, though the app wasn't working and things like the app weren't working, they were out of stock for several items at 6pm and the toilets and baby seats weren't clean. Food didn't seem as good as other KFCs. App didn't place my order, so there was confusion about that. The food was not fresh. The chicken was undercooked, and we requested flat wings, but they were served cold. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the lack of freshness in the food.
