service always extremely long and laborious. the organization is really to review, from the world all over the entrance, even in front of the terminals. It's impossible to move. We don't know who's ordering, who's tailings, who's waiting for his order. this restaurant does not accept/plus the loyalty card kfc so no accumulate points, nor the possibility to use its points. So I'm going to refrain from going there because my fidelity is not rewarded.
the restaurant was rather clean in the whole nothing to say the top, but I ordered tenders that was rather dry compare to other restaurant of the same sign and like for the fries that was already almost cold at the time that I was served. otherwise in the whole it was correct
I found the defence kfc of the shopping mall for the 4 times during my first visit on November 19, 2021, very welcoming, the staff is very friendly. What I liked most was that the frying wasn't fat and it was very good. You really want to go back to eat.
