I ordered a Kentucky burger (basic barbecue sauce) and I had ketchup sauce instead, when I went back to the crate to describe my problem I was assured that it was barbecue sauce while it was clearly not the case (not the same taste or consistency) and that if they made me another one, it would be the same "BQ" sauce, I would be disappointed with it. Since when does the barbecue have this "smooth" aspect typical of the ketchup?
