I'm writing this review to cover both the Iselin and East Windsor Khasiyat locations because the quality, taste of the food, and customer service are consistently excellent at both. I like to call this place a paratha haven. They have numbered their paratha varieties from 1 to 100, so you can literally close your eyes, point randomly on the menu, and order a paratha based on that number. Whenever we visit Khasiyat, we usually order a couple of parathas along with a chaat item. Without a doubt, they serve the best parathas in town. It’s impressive how they manage to consistently deliver top-quality parathas despite offering such a wide selection.

This is one of the best fast food center in Edison NJ They have over 100 Paratha?s in the menu and on top of it, you can choose to customize your own paratha with atleast 5 stuffings. Also tried chaat, Tokri chaat and thats the best of all. Spicy andsweet, fresh with all the sprouts. Must try this restaurant if you are on oak tree. Dont forget sabudana vada aswell. ??????????
