Well, she finally brought us one salad, and said they have to chop more lettuce for the other. Ok. 90 seconds later she brings our entrees and says she 'll bring the other salad when it 's ready. What? I told her to just take the first salad back since I was waiting for the other one to come out (I 'm not going to eat when my partner didn 't have his to eat). Out of our three orders, only two were served, and we found ourselves waiting endlessly for the third, which never arrived. After asking the kitchen staff about it, I saw them finally ring it into their system. There was no apology, just a vague assurance that it would be out shortly. After that, we received no further service. My 7-year-old son and my wife sat for an extraordinarily long time without drinks, while I had to proactively seek out a server, who ignored us as they passed by.

I spent 21.00 at kickbacks as you can see the chicken was very dissatisfying and mothers burger was not good, all we ate were the fries. I did not want my food remade because I already left work twice to come and was refunded 4.00 for my inconvenience. The manager and customer service could definitely have been handled better. Even after explain I come here often and order to go so I know what it should taste like I wad dismissed.
Good grilled dry rubbed wings. And amazing french fries with bacon and cheese. Amazing fresh iced tea. The hostess was sweet and found us a nice table in front of all of the big TVs. 8:00 pm not too crowded. Queen was our waitress and she was so nice and attentive. The atmosphere was extremely noisy, and while the food was enjoyable, the service was disappointing. I struggled to get a waitress to come to my table, and my drink remained empty for quite some time. I ended up having to refill it myself. To make matters worse, since we were a large group, they automatically added an 18% gratuity, which was unwarranted given the service we received. Food rating: 4/5.
I had an excellent experience at Kick Back Jacks. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding; I've never encountered a service staff quite like this one. If you visit, be sure to ask for Kimmie's section—she is exceptional! As for parking, the lot is spacious enough to accommodate two more Kick Back Jacks locations.
I love kickbacks in general because of their large menu and good food. The one thing I still haven't learned is not to order their chicken. Like in a meal. Every time I do it is stringy and hard to cut with a sharp knife. I end up tossing most of it out. Anyone else notice this?Food: 3/5
It was pretty good food and an average atmosphere, for an early dinner. Everything was good except the Spinach artichoke dip. It wasn't terrible but had no salt and was kind of bland. Everything else was delicious and cooked perfectly! Overall pretty good.Food: 4/5

Had a great lunch with my 23 y/o son as we celebrated his birthday. Our waitress, Sasha, was absolutely wonderful. The fried pork belly was very good, perfectly sized as an appetizer for two. We both enjoyed our entrees.Food: 5/5
