We asked for Mochi Coco and we were served with the Daifuku that was billed to us and no commercial gesture was made. The manager came out of his kitchen to shout at us while it was their fault. The customer relationship is to be reviewed. The meal had nothing exceptional or good or bad.
A boss who yells at everyone, a not really pleasant moment more after placing an order and being arriving at the time they gave us to the phone we had the pleasant surprise to wait 45 minutes more at the restaurant and to make this forgive we had an extra coke. Great.
