The absolute worst place for a birthday party will never come back and strongly discourage hosting one here!They charged some of our party even though we had already prepaid for 10 kids and only had 6 and refused to give them a refund. Gave us a customer service email to email for all complaints. Same response when half of our food wasn’t ready on time. We told them we no longer wanted one of the pizzas when the party was almost over and it still wasn’t ready and they had served them cake already but they said they had to charge us and delivered the pizza to us as we were leaving and to again email customer service. I visited the restaurant and was surprised to find that they charged me $20 for my one-year-old, who has only just started walking. The staff informed me that they charge the same price for ages 1 to 17, but the area for toddlers is quite limited, while the space for older kids is significantly larger. It's frustrating because older kids often use the toddler section too, which diminishes the experience for the little ones. Overall, I found the pricing to be excessive, especially considering that you have to pay for everything else inside the venue. Charging for a one-year-old seems unreasonable to me, as they can't fully enjoy the experience like the older kids do.
We brought our 3 year old daughter and 7 year old niece and both of them had a fun time! There were a lot of options or things for them to try and we felt comfortable with the options. It's a big playset and the slides have a lot of air when you use them. I recommend as a place to let kids get their energy out and to try different things. My husband even got up there for a little bit and loved it.
Gave it 3 stars per the service, they need to work on their attitude toward kids. It was our first time and they just seemed unenthusiastic, bored, and ready to go home. Mind you we walked in 3 hours before close. I would have liked some type of enthusiasm since we were celebrating a bday. The venue is worth 5 stars but I had to give it 3 bc of the service.

This place is nasty (they clean the floors it seems but the play area is filthy just look at the ballpit for toddlers and the older kid play area is hazardous as there are actual screws sticking out through the playground area where children can step and get hurt. Incredibly rude staff who dont give a refund even when in the wrong.
My kids had a wonderful time there! It's one of their favorite places to hang out. There are so many activities to keep them entertained and active. The only thing that could make it better is having hot food options available.
Great place for ages 5 and up. Not a recommended place for under 5, the play area is little to nothingCan't speak regarding food we choose to eat somewhere else.
Your policies as a company are ridiculous when you want to charge almost 20 dollars for a baby under a year old.
