A true delight in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Placed (and a bit hidden in the Anaga Hotel, it turns out to be real gem. Modern and creative Sushi variations partly with local influences (i.e. Uranaki Obako w/ Canary bananas, avocado and salmon or the Futomaki Shibuya Tempura w/ in lime marinated salmon tempura both are a must have! . Highly recommendable are the Usuzukori Kiki toro, excellent. Addutionally, the wine recommendation we got, a local Canarian wine (Viñátigo, Vijafieho Blanco , with light oaky tastes was a perfect fellow to our menu. Amazing place with fantastic food. We decided to dine here because we were accomodated at Anaga Hotel. I took Kiki degustation, 10 dishes of Sushi and Sashimi orgasm. If you like Japanese food and you are in Tenerife, it is a must. One of the best Japanese I've been to. We ordered the short menu, which is really long, and we liked all the dishes. Probably the one with the fine cut. Very good pairing with three wines. I recommend it.
