For a big treat, l paid for the sushi supper for four. lt was not inexpensive. The food was beautiful, but l'm writing to say the menu is a BIG FAKE. l feel CHEATED to find many items with salmon, and all the salmon FARMED SALMON! That's not salmon! Salmon is a wild fish and we have five species native to our rivers, not one of which is Atlantic salmon. The farmed salmon are Atlantic salmon raised here in open net pens, small enclosures which prohibit the formation of proper muscle, hence the flabby texture. Honestly, super impressed by this place by both the food and service. It was our first time going for sushi in Quebec City there aren’t many good Asian places here) but this one was such a pleasant surprise! I have to say, this place served the best spicy salmon roll I’ve had in YEARS. Would absolutely recommend it. We didn’t venture too too much into their special/unique options but everything we did get was super good!! I have to say that the food came a tad slow but nothing outrageous ~30 mins). Our server/bartender was super sweet and overall the place had great vibes too
It's the time we eat sushis at this place and it has always been a flawless experience, the freshness and variety of the sushis is just amazing. Quality and value for money is just outstanding. Possibly the best sushis we ate in Quebec City,...and probably just as good as the best in Montreal. Incredible experience each and every time we ate there. Recommend
Absolutely spectacular restaurant!!! The place was crowded, they squeezed us into the sushi bar. Lucky us! Best sushi ever. There were 5 sushi chefs grinding non stop the hour plus we were there. Great chic ambiance, very friendly service as well. The sushi platter for 2 was outstanding, could have fed 3. Interesting lighting.

the bartenders where drinking and informed us if no clients after 9pm they are closed but it was only 1030pm and restaurant is open until 11pm . Staff drinking and refused to serve.
This restaurant in Quebec City serves the best sushi. Whether you prefer takeout or dining in, the quality is consistently excellent.
