Wow!! Been meaning to visit this place since I moved to Flixton. Arranged to meet my mate today for a catch up and found the place not overly busy with a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered Chai latte for my self and a raspberry tea for my mate and also three different types of vegan cake which we equally split between us. The drinks were much needed on a cold day like today and the cakes definitely live up to all the hype. The chocolate cake was so melt in the mouth, next came the raspberry cupcake which tasted so fresh and lastly the pineapple loaf cake which I could have eaten the whole loaf given the chance! Kin baked up a masterpiece of a dessert table for our wedding and everything was absolutely delicious. I had been popping in to sample cakes for weeks in the run up (such a hardship!! and we’ve also been back after for yet more yumminess. There’s not a single cake that I’ve eaten from Kin that wasn’t amazing, and all our guests . Plus the savouries, breakfast and coffee are all fab too!
I’ve been to kin a few times and every time I go, I think I need to leave a review. Food is amazing and good value, friendly even when really busy which it often is and a few good vegan options for my partner so she loves it too. The cakes are absolutely brilliant and unique. Real gem that Urmston is lucky to have, we live in Salford now but travel over just for kin sometimes.
Absolutely amazing food and cakes! My cousin who lives near by told me about her go to cafe and boy it didn’t disappoint! The portion size were huge. I couldn’t finish the coffee and biscoffe cake. The Manchester tart french toast, I honestly never had the likes of it before and I love trying french toast in different areas. The prices were extremely reasonable!

would give 5 if I could! had a chocolate and celestial muffin, the juicy and tasty! also got a glass of black yohannisbeer jam, the best I had! the ladies who run it and the staff are just beautiful! if they are in some, please visit them!
they enjoy a milk milk and the vegan **** mariensandwich. really delicious. definitiw will soon return to try more of the menu. partner had the Turkish eier and loved it. not the cheapest, but eating was good quality and worth the price.
Best brunch I’ve had in a long time. A real find and an asset the Urmston food scene. I had the Mexican eggs and they were divine! Great cafe and lovely people.
