A hidden gem, Kinfolks restaurant offers home Southern Still Cooking. The staff is friendly and quick to react, even at lunchtime and a complete house. The menu selection is simple and yet full of great dishes. And the Lunch Special items are plentiful with a really good price. We stayed here for the first time on our way back home. We were not disappointed by our choice of Chicken Fried Steak and two sides, plus homemade cakes. I recommend Kinfolks when you're in the area.
Nice southern feel, but food was undercooked. I ordered fries and it was like they literally dipped them in grease to wet them and pulled them right back out. They were still frozen in the center. Our waitress was friendly but seemed a little tweaked out rocking back and forth while we were ordering.
Delicious! Had the simple two egg breakfast. Homefries were great. Not fat. Eggs were scattered well. Bacon was thick and tasty. Coffee was great for the price. The staff was friendly and masked. If you go through as I was, I would definitely recommend!
You can't think of a better place when you're away from home. Always amazing service and the food tastes like its all homemade only for you. One of my favorites for Sunday brunch.
