I don't understand how this restaurant has such high ratings because it was a complete disaster. They were out of desserts and the milkshakes had no flavor despite using only 2 types of ice cream. We received the wrong food and the mistake was blamed on the customer even though there were 6 of us to confirm the waitress's error. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and the burgers tasted like dog food. On top of all that, none of our orders were cooked or delivered properly. Absolutely disgusting.
The food is delicious with generous portions and prices slightly lower than other big restaurants. However, I wish the seats were more comfortable. The service was good. I dined in for dinner and paid $10-20 per person. The food rated a 5, service a 4, atmosphere a 4. There is plenty of parking available, all in a free parking lot.
