My family and I typically come here to celebrate special occasions, but I always find it a delight to eat here. The menu offers plenty of options, along with seasonal specials. The seafood selection was impressive, featuring a wide variety of oysters, lobster, shrimp, and various international and domestic fish. I ordered the classic three-piece fish and chips, while my partner opted for the Mahi Mahi, accompanied by potato and mac and cheese as sides. The Mahi Mahi was fantastic—warm, flaky, and seasoned with Cajun spices—while the side dishes were stars in their own right. The garlic potatoes were creamy and smooth with a subtle garlic essence, and the mac and cheese had a delightful texture, leaning more toward perfectly cooked pasta with just a sprinkle of cheese on top for a satisfying crunch.

Kings Restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, and their oysters are excellent, especially with the variety of dipping sauces they offer. I had the sirloin steak, baked potato, and a Caesar salad, which was delicious with a light olive oil dressing. I also enjoyed a refreshing strawberry lemonade. The bar is spacious, and they provide oyster shucking on-site, allowing guests to choose from a diverse selection of oysters. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The seafood platter was decent and mostly fresh, but what truly made our experience enjoyable was the exceptional service from our server. After having a disappointing experience at Shuck Oyster Bar with poor customer service, this restaurant felt like a breath of fresh air. Although the second place we visited that day didn’t have Tabasco available for the seafood dishes, we didn’t mind at all because our server was so fantastic!

For the second year in a row, I celebrated my birthday dinner at Kings Fish House in Orange, and once again, it was fantastic. I ordered the Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, and it was absolutely delightful. For dessert, we treated ourselves to a salted caramel ice cream sandwich that was simply amazing! The atmosphere was perfect for my special day, and our waitress delivered outstanding service.
Wow, the clam chowder was absolutely amazing—it was delicious! I will definitely be returning for more. The staff were really friendly and even brought me cheesecake to celebrate my birthday (not complimentary, unfortunately), but at least they provided a lovely lit candle, haha. The fish and chips were also tasty; overall, the food here is excellent!
Kings Fish House is one of my favorites! My recommended items are pretty much everything! Southwest salad, trout almondine, Halibut, grilled artichoke! They cut the corn fresh off the cob! Their jasmine rice is delicious.
My husband and mom love seafood, while I'm not as fond of it. However, their Macadamia Halibut is incredible—I always order it. The service is great, and the food is delicious. We always have a pleasant meal there.
