I went here for lunch today with my 2 year old. The meal was lovely. I observed a customer telling the waiter that her food took too long to make and she needed to leave. The waiter was polite and apologetic; exactly how you would expect that to be handled. A few minutes after the chef who was in the middle of the train went to hand the order to the waiter, and he explained the lady left as she needed to go and it was taking too long. He was still very polite to the chef. I have been there in the past, but today when we took our daughter, it was really disappointing. The soup we ordered; a ramin and an udon, took nearly 40mins to come out, and both were bland and watery, more like seafood and noodles in boiled water. The mushroom in it was chewy and not hydrated. The sashimi we got was room temperature. They forgot to bring a drink my husband had ordered.For a $75 lunch I expected a lot better. Very disappointed and embarrassed we took our daughter there.
Have been a regular for a couple of years but was disappointed to see a no mask no service sign. Accordingly this is one more place I will choose not to spend my hard earned at. I can 't support these actions that divide communities.
They way they treat people is absolutely disgusting.Refused to serve me, or acknowledge my existence and refused eye contact due to mask exemption. To put it simply, discriminatory

Been here many times the sushi is great, but had the worst sushi when the rice was undercooked and tasted like grains. Left only having 3 plates. Could improve
Thought the sushi looked off but they said it was still good, got horrible food poisoning from this place and ended up in hospital, never go back!
Loved the sushi. But I love coming here as the floor staff are very nice. A staff called Kush was very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Easily the store with the rudest staff in all of Adelaide.
