Kinton Ramen Carrefour Laval

Hands down the best vegé ramens available. Everything from the broth to the noodles was great. Their rice noodles have great texture and doesn't get soft and pasty like other places. But that spicy miso broth was the star of the night. In the future I hope they add spicy tofu and fried potatoes on the menu; those would be delicious in ramen. Great food, great atmosphere.Vegetarian options: 4 vege/vegan option available. Their miso broths are amazing and their noodles are made from rice but have great texture. Vege gyoza was alright, comes with mayo but I think if it had tofu and came with a spicy sauce, it would been even better.

I had the Original Chicken ramen with extra egg. Everything tasted very good. However, while both the chicken and the egg were technically cooked, they were very cold, as if they'd both just come out of the fridge. I'm not one to send food back so I ate it all, but that was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant really could use some more comfortable chairs too. Those flat wooden seats with no back support were not at all fun to sit on for a prolonged period of time.

The food is good and especially delicious during winter. We liked the beef ramen but personally, we liked the pork better.What was a bit annoying was the waiting time. We first had to wait 20 minutes for a table (which you had to install Yelp... And then another 40 minutes for two bowls of ramen. And our order got mixed up.So good food, but the service and waiting time was what brought the rating down.
