The food is well prepared and best described as 'homely' with a modern cafe style finishing. Though the food is slightly priced higher than other local cafes, the quality of the food surpasses value for money. Definitely a cafe that looks at quality over quantity and makes you full but not in that unhealthy-overeaten feeling you get at fast food outlets. Make sure you come here with a group of people because you will really want to order the Kismet Breakfast Platter. There are two, including a vegetarian option and the platter I saw looked sensational with its beef rashers, sausages, sujuk, pastirma, smoked salmon, grilled haloumi, labneh, vegetables, eggs and breads; and the group of four men were obviously enjoying their food and conversation. The coffee is by Toby’s Estate and they also have Papa’s ricotta cheesecake.
We found this beautiful little cafe while driving around. The food was really fresh. We stoped here for breakfast. I had the muesli and fruit. They did this vegan for me with no yogurt and no honey but with soy milk. My family had the eggs and said they were really good. The staff were really friendly and it was quite busy.
Great food and great service. Not many places open in Auburn early on a Sunday, stumbled across this fantastic cafe. Clearly the locals know about it because it was busy all morning. Probably our new found favourite cafe for breakfast not far from Olympic park
