We were intrigued by this restaurant's peculiar name, just a few meters from where our yacht was tied at the Porto Vecchio marina. The place was full and we were lucky to find a place, probably because it was still relatively early for dinner by Corsican standards. 19:15). We were told this was a good restaurant but just happened to be walking past as they were opening for dinner (19:00) and we scored a nice table. Good menu, good food, good drink. Waiter was hard to charm and win over to friendly so it remained business-like. Portions were generous (for Europe), the recommended wine was perfect. And although the place had filled up by 19:30, arrivals without reservations were turned away; so no one was waiting in line for our table and we weren't rushed to finish and get out...we could have easily stayed longer.

I love the name. Very cute restaurant in an excellent location with views of the yachts. We had 4 tapas style dishes and shared. The mini fondue was good. The eggs and bacon made me fall in love with Corsican bacon! The lamb with figs was a winner too. The tart tatin made my husband emotional it was so good! Ha ha

My salad left a really bad taste in my mouth (especially the asparagus). Plus, there was an insect in it. Poor quality food.
