Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai

First time ordering from here so I was pretty excited! I guess I made the mistake ordering take out with a non vegan. When we took everything out of the bag nothing was labeled. The noodles, protein veggies, and broth were all packaged separately. I obviously knew the tofu was for me but we both had no clue which broth was which (both looked pretty similar). I tried calling (multiple times) to get clarification but unfortunately was sent to voicemail every time. I’m sure if we would have ate at the restaurant our experience would have been completely different. Updated from previous review on 2022-09-17

The noodles, protein vanillas and broth were packaged separately. I knew that the tofu was for me, but we both had no idea what broth was (both looked quite similar). beautiful place when you are vegan and love riddles. I added Wakame Seeweed and it became a big lunch.
