I honestly didn 't know Okc had stuff as nice as this! We tried the fried green tomato eggs Benedict, the breakfast sammy, and two biscuits with butter and jam (they happily subbed berry jam for us instead of orange marmalade , and I also got a sweet cream iced espresso at the recommendation of our lovely server. Every single item was noteworthy with beautiful textures (specifically crunchy items *actually* being crunchy even to the last bite such a rarity! , flavors well balanced, and presented artfully with lovely dishware. In particular the biscuit was actually short with that beautiful crispity buttery texture that all biscuits should have on the outside, with flavorful buttery fluffines...
Unfortunately I am giving a low star rating which I rarely do. The food and coffee was good but I was very put off by the service at the end of the meal. As soon as the check was paid our server did not check on us and did not make eye contact with us. I was waiting for a coffee refill and a to-go box. We were about 1hr 10 minutes past our reservation start time, and someone came by to bus our table and passive aggressively said they needed to turn over tables because it was busy. This was a special birthday breakfast with friends and we were taking our time catching up. If there is a time limit on tables I wish that was explicitly stated when making the reservation. Unfortunately I will not...
Great spot for brunch. Service was quick and helpful. Menu is small, but with vegetarian, sweet, and savory options. Portions are large so come hungry! Latte was sublime, would definitely recommend checking this place out.
Fantastic! Very surprising to find this lovely restaurant in Oklahoma. Fried green tomato Benedict was soooo good! The giant buttermilk pancake was delightful!
