Kitchen76 is easily one of my favorite restaurants. If you are a fan of Italian food, this place shouldn't be overlooked. My husband and I normally order a bottle of wine at most restaurants when we dine out; Kitchen76 is the only place we go with their recommended pairings, and they really know what they're talking about!The food is uncomplicated and utterly authentic Italian. There is nothing in particular I can recommend, every option is a winning choice! A beautiful location just outside of town the restaurant has a patio that overlooks the vineyard. Terrific views, covered by high ceilings and huge chandeliers the ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner or a group outing. The food is phenomenal. The burrata is an excellent start to the meal. Soft mozzarella, cherry tomatoes accompanied with grilled bread is a fresh slant on bruschetta. The Margherita pizza is six slices of soft, chewy crust with a decent amount of toppings. We reserved a later dinner for a special celebration dinner at Kitchen76 looking for a more authentic Italian experience. Ironically we ended up eating a more simpler dinner of an appetizer and unique Pizza along with a wonderful bottle of wine from Two Sisters Vineyards. The place was hopping the whole time we were there and they took reservations up till 9:00pm. The server was excellent and personable and provided her recommendations and suggestions through out the evening and was always prompt with the water and ensuring we were looked after. Kitchen 76 and 2 Sisters Vineyard was the perfect location to take my two adult daughters for their Birthday Lunch! The vineyard views from the patio are beautiful, that coupled with the attentive service and relaxed ambiance made for the perfect celebration! We thoroughly enjoyed the freshly prepared Burrata/Tomatoes/Grilled Crostini, Arancini, and the Gorgonzola/Pear pizza, all of which were full of flavor and beautifully presented. This was our first dinner at Kitchen76, located at the Two Sisters Vineyard. We have previously had lunch here. In both cases, we ate at the outdoor patio. There is also a very nice indoor seating area, but the patio is beautiful on a summer day overlooking the vineyards. The food quality was outstanding. The wines are some of the best in the Niagara region. The service was excellent. A perfect meal.
We were seated outside on a beautiful summer evening, allowing the building's size, style, and the adjacent vineyards to be appreciated! The menu ranged from pizza and pasta, to steak and chicken, but with a local organic and slow food approach! We really enjoyed our meal, but found the wine list a little expensive.
Blown away by the service and food quality here, a must see!!! We dined at a majority of the places in town during our week vacation. This was by far one of the best.
