The service is horrible. They had one waiter on the floor for over 6 tables and the poor guy was beyond overwhelmed. It took well over a half hour to get our food and our order was incorrect. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen or if they are short handed as well. It is a shame because the food was good but the poor service is just unacceptable. Very unorganized overall. Will not be returning.
The food is overpriced. I made a reservation for Brunch. It's a limited menu. I thought it would have been a menu of more choices. We ordered eggs benedict, blueberry pancakes, cobb salad, which was basically lettuce and turkey. There was no bacon or egg added to the salad. The last thing ordered was a cheesesteak sandwich. Also, three coffees. Total bill.....$70 dollars later. Will not be back.
it was easy to find and sooo glad it was open to the public and not just hotel guests! Not a ton of options for dinner (usual American fare). I had no room for dessert after eating my half bun, medium cooked, lettuce, tomato burger and fries! Oh, and a beer!
The food was mostly mediocre, with the appetizers being noticeably better than the main courses. The atmosphere was quite loud, and the prices felt steep for what we received. I would recommend avoiding the flatbreads, as both of ours were burnt. Book a table now
Food came out a little cold a few times and was just ok, what made our experience better was a young server with a delightful accent who could not have been sweeter!
Our server was delightful, and food was good , but dont look up st that hanging thing from ceiling , its loadedwith dust ! Needs a good cleaning
