Unfortunately I think we must have gone on a very busy day. The whole experience just felt very unorganised. We only ordered drinks you only get a 1 hour slot in the café, but it took 40 minutes for a coffee, a bottle of Diet Coke, some tea a milkshake to arrive. Ordered a strawberry milkshake, got chocolate. Took another 5 minutes to get the new milkshake. Diet Coke was a glass bottle and they didn’t take the lid off. Had to ask staff twice for a bottle opener. At the end trying to pay, there were 4 members of staff around the tills. Only 1 staff member serving people. I was in this kitty caffe and loved it, so I always come back. However, at this opportunity I have booked a slot for 4 o'clock. I'm waiting close to it and had to wait for a table. that made me really worried and other people always came in and were extremely busy. to deteriorate my fear, there was a screaming child. I finally came to me, but had to call someone to take my order as I felt I was forgotten. that has never happened. the staff were very friendly, but so I can't mistake them and they were very patient and professional. We have visited the kitty cafe before but we were very disappointed this time. It took 45 mins for drinks to arrive then another 25 mins for food which was cold and very expensive. We were placed near the door and everyone kept staring at us even though there were many seats available. We will not be returning, people kept pucking up the cats and small children were chasing them constantly. A very stressful experience not only for us but also for the cats being bombarded by small children.
the kitty cafe is always a beautiful experience with many cats to enjoy, unfortunately as someone who is gluten intolerance, the only thing that was suitable on the menu for me was the jacket kartoffel, kartoffel wedge or salat. since the caffe was from jackenkartoffeln, we had to use kartoffel wedges that were not the end of the world, and the staff was most helpful, a few more gf options would be appreciated

my grandson loved it here, they are 8 years old twins. they loved the bright colors and decorations. they loved finding the cats that were disappointed because a cat did not come and sit with us. I was before my daughter was never enthusiastic she was, we think it is very expensive, in £24 for two adult and two children, they can only stay for an hour. then had to pay for dinner. cost us £64 for an hour
The cats were lovely and the quality of food but the service was really slow and felt like lots of staff but no one really taking charge and no one knowing what they were doing. People were complaining as soon as we got in there and even when it came to paying my bill was lost.
I was told they were unable to check allergens for me due to being unable to find the allergy matrix. Also several other customers allowed their children to chase and stress out the cats who lived there against their own rules.
Welcoming staff always smiling and enthusiastic, afternoon tea was very tasty and proper leaf tea as well. The cats were friendly and came to you in time for a fuss. Would defiantly go again.

First time visiting and definitely won’t be the last. Myself and my son really enjoyed it, food was delicious and cats adorable. Staff were efficient and very helpful.
