We have been customers of K&L for 20+ years… Vanessa has been there for at least 10 of those years and we honestly have no complaints. It’s crazy to think that you will never have a wait time or you will never be put on hold when ordering from a business this good! All we have are good things to say when it comes to the staff, the food, the service and overall quality of everything. We saw a negative review specifically regarding Vanessa and we had to say something. She is absolutely amazing! I order breakfast here very often and EVERYTIME Vanessa answers , I know my order will be correct and my coffee will be perfect. She listens and remembers. No offense to the new girls or whoever makes the coffee when Vanessa isn’t there but I soon as I know it’s not Vanessa making my coffee or taking my order , I just call back another day. And the food is always great so shoutout to the cooks . Also the delivery guys are usually very fast unless it’s like a holiday and they’re super backed up.
I must say, this experience was fantastic. The staff member who took our order was incredibly nice and friendly. We ordered a turkey BLT hero and a chicken cutlet hero with mustard and jalapeños, and they were both delicious. I absolutely recommend paying a visit. I definitely plan to return and can’t wait! It's a decent deli with a wide variety of options. The salads are fantastic. The only downside is the pricing; a salad will set you back $14.50, which is typical for the city. Additionally, the prices of other menu items have also increased over the past two years.
As for the ambiance, the music was a bit too loud, and the seating inside felt cramped, but the outdoor seating was really nice. However, if you're just getting takeout, that's not an issue at all.
This is my favorite deli whenever I'm in the area. The coffee is great, and the sandwiches are fantastic. I give it 5 stars!

They make great sandwiches. Italian sub is 4.5 stars. Club sandwiches are 5+!!! Excellent food!
