there were six of us in the restaurant kle for dinner and we paid about chf 1,000 for the 3 or 4-course menu with accompanying wine. after that we have left starving. the amuse bouche consisted of half-baked rolls, which were metered with oil, plus there was a mini bowl of picked vegetables, a red tomato paste, hummus over detection and mayonnaise pure. I did not find it very pleasant to smuggle mayonnaise on a warm, undercooked roll. the starter was a big cracker that was stabbed with pebbles, which was actually very good and the only dish that had an appealing texture. after that followed the main course, consisting of two small, semi-finished carrots with infinite jus and a spoon of infin...
