Die Kloßküche ist eine kleine Urige gemütliche Schlemmerecke. Die meisten Coburger Bürger kommen mit Töpfen u. Schüsseln um sich schnell leckere Klöße mit Braten u. Soße zuholen. Man kann aber auch vor Ort sich die leckeren hausgemachten Gerichte einverleiben. Die Rutscher Klöße sind einfach die Besten u. Originalen Klöße von Coburg u. Umland.
... und Bräten. Sonntags hole ich dort gerne die frischen Klöße zu unserem Sonntagsbraten oder manchmal auch das komplette Essen, immer "ein Gedicht". Auch die Beratung durch die Chefin ist positiv hervorzuheben. Vor allem wenn man z.B. unter einer Glutenunverträglichkeit leidet, ist das besonders wichtig.
