Last week we could finally inaugurate the great beer garden, which despite the location (not on the sea;)- could really convince, especially the massive wooden furniture did it to us. eating was as always top, especially the steak with crimped butter and the Ricotta spinat maul bags. new there is a "Afterwork-Aperitif/Cockailcard" with a really great selection to super praise. our favorites were lillet marie and waldhimbeer (mojito with celestial),? visual and tasteful top. we are coming back soon:-)
We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express which is quite close, and were looking for a pleasant dinner before going to bed. Tle location is a bit strange basically this is an Industrie-Gebiet; and it is sandwiched between 2 brothels. Think of a...typical German beer restaurant! This is what it is, and it does it very well. Good food, good beer, prompt service. Excellent value!
after friedrichshafen is not blessed with particularly good restaurants (easily too many tourist)! we've tried the closter host. Unfortunately, the pigeons were somewhat dry and the sauce has tasted for us according to convenience food. the late zle were perfect, the salat went so well. You became tired, but for us not so good that you would have to come back. It's a pity.
Found this place on trip advisor and took the rather longish walk there from our hotel in Friedrichshafen. Sat in the garden as it was a lively evening. Lots of locals doing the same thing. Food and service were good and prices very reasonable. It...is a bit outside the city center but you can walk or take public transportation to get there. Definitely not touristy.

my wife and I were in the opposite and looking for an authentic Swabian cuisine. that was certainly the place! the food was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. the service was average, but also rated with something...a setting so low. cleanliness: 4/5 service: 3/5 presentation: 4/5 taste: 5/5 atmosphere: 4/5 worth: 4/5

on 22.09.2018 we were at a travel company in the restaurant to Klosterwirt. The dishes were very good and plentiful. We would like to mention the friendly and attentive service. Very recommended!!!
