Wonderful experience and an absolute must-stop along the Westweg. The hosts are warm and welcoming and take great care with their menu; the elegant way they present and serve their meals really had us mindfully savouring each bite! We were also delighted to hear that the chef prioritises cruelty-free and environmentally-conscious practices, though I was a bit confused to find out that they source meat from as far as New Zealand, given the carbon-emission impact of such a long-haul import. Hopefully they will be able to source their meat more locally soon!
The perfect Black forest experience. The food, the rooms and the location are exactly as we imagined. We had beautiful days and were looking forward to dinner. Thank you very much for the warm welcome Silke and Dani
