The rooms here are clean and the hallways are acceptable, but the service is appalling. When I called to make a reservation, the man who answered seemed surprised by my request, which should have been my first warning. When I arrived less than four hours later, I had to ask another guest for directions to find an employee. Both staff members appeared annoyed by my presence, and the first thing the man who took my reservation said to me was that I would have to wait. Eventually, I was taken to the front desk, where the same man admitted he had ignored my reservation in favor of a walk-in guest. Food was so slow! Server didn't know what was available and what wasn't. Server waited until food was ready to tell my son that they didn't have alfredo sauce for his pasta. So he had to watch us eat and wait for his food that took way too long. Ordered deep fried pickles and waitress brings us a plate of regular pickles but then brought us the right thing. They need help training!
The food was amazing! I will definitely be coming back! Although the service could use a little work, the exceptional cuisine more than made up for it. The restaurant is spacious, well-lit, and inviting. The dishes are fresh and provide a creative take on traditional American fare. It’s truly a hidden gem in this quaint town.

I went to eat after finishing work, and even though their hours say they open at 11 AM, I arrived at 2:30 PM only to find out they were closed. It's really frustrating to be given incorrect information like this!
The food is consistently outstanding! There might be a minor language barrier with the Russian-speaking waitstaff at times. Overall, I would give the food a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
