When Wichita gives birth, this is my way to the pizza place: only connected to Ziggys. Everywhere is either gimmicky (big slices or quirky ingredients at the cost of taste and quality) or a national chain. Even then, Knollas has the best Chicago court in Wichita- not that there is a lot of competition, but his still quite groovy! Do not think about the toppings for your first time here, just a chicago medium cake with your favorite single topping, and let the cheese, sauce and dough talk.
My absolute favorite place for a pizza. I order a Large New York style Bacon pizza everytime. It's in bacon bits that covers the whole pizza. With no spots missing. It's worth the try!
Great piece of cheeseburger pizza. Perfect amount of ingredients and service was fast. Clean food and not crowded for lunch. Also decent prices
