Their signature pretzel—either the cinnamon sugar or lavender sugar variety—comes out freshly baked, soft, and warm, making it perfect to pair with a hot beverage or fresh lemonade. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the service is quick; plus, the packaging and extras are always conveniently accessible. My only complaint is that I wish Knot had more locations! I stopped by for a quick coffee and bagel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed a delicious mocha with milk. The plain vegan pretzel was fresh and fluffy, and I would definitely order it again. Prices are moderately high, but the service was good, and I appreciated the daily question displayed on the board. Keep in mind that the café is located beyond the ticket barrier, so you'll need to pay a visit to get to it. There is a small tampering area available, but it’s limited to 3 or 4 taps.
I visited Richmond today after taking the tube and noticed Knot, where I wanted to try a pretzel. I was initially concerned about the lack of vegan options, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offered several. The helpful staff recommended the cinnamon pretzel, which is made fresh daily, so I decided to give it a try. After a brief wait, I received a warm and delicious cinnamon sugar pretzel.
I've always been really hesitant to buy coffee, but ever since my friends took me to Knot, I've changed my mind. The coffee there is consistently amazing and delicious. The woman who is usually there in the mornings does a fantastic job; she definitely deserves a raise. I look forward to seeing her every morning!

The coffee here is decent, but nothing extraordinary. They could improve their speed, especially since they're located in a train station where people are often in a hurry. It's still better than AMT, though.
Best latte I've ever had. Cinnemon bun was ok. The guy was really friendly, although not very fast, which could have been a problem if I had been in a hurry.
