The waitress was helpful in wanting to answer my questions about vegan options. They aren't clearly labeled on menu. There were two options- pasta and a chili with bulgur. There was also a meat chili on the menu. My cucumbers in my salad all had dairy on them. Like a knife used to cut cheese was used on the cucumber. My chili arrived not looking like bulgur. Luckily, I double checked before taking a bite. Yes, it was meat. The waitress blamed the new cook. She brought out the vegan chili and it wasn't heated well. At this point, I ate it anyway. It did taste pretty good. The manager ended up comping my chili. But I would rather pay than have to deal with such mistakes.
We had ordered the Christmas menu Knut 's Christmas Landgang . The 4 gear menu was super prepared. Packed in a cardboard box, the dishes were almost ready, either welded in bags or jars. Also a simple thing for unskilled chefs, a detailed guide was included. The food sequence is christian and very well prepared, the goose cooked to the point. weekly changing day menu where at least one vegan dish is always included. vegetarian dishes can often be veganized on request. falafel burger, often amusing and the hinds are true highlights. the native is super aesthetically furnished, the waiters are super friendly and sympathetic. in summer they can sit outside in the beer garden.
very cozy and tasty restaurant with food and bar. there is a small beer garden that offers both sunny and shaded places. there are always vegan dishes, some of which vary and almost all drinks are also vegan possible. everything is very simple and creatiw at the same time. we've enjoyed everything so far.

eas yto swap salat options I went for the little salat (7,90€) and asked to swallow the cheese for tofu and tomato for walnuts. no problem! was super happy with my delicious dinner. also, I like that they are an eye on quality in foods and buy bio/demeter food, gold bucket toilet paper etc.
the knuts is really top as vegetarian becomes more than happy and also for vegan are always great things in it! the burgers can optionally be made with an overmeated meat patty and also otherwise I was thrilled every time by eating and service :
Very delicious! Fresh salads, so good burgers and plenty of choice for vegetarians and also vegans. Constantly changing dishes plus permanent burners. Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Only recommended
Food is delicious, but often not much. And too little organic. However, the atmosphere is very nice, which then weighs it up again.
